The challenge was to create a brand that would express her personal and professional brand as well as her nutrition brand personality. Along with providing a website to promote her business and showcase recipes.
We took Marisa through a brand strategy worksheet, which helped extract, define, and provide clarity on her mission, vision and values for The Roots Wellbeing. The insights discovered was that Quality - Authenticity - Education were at the heart of her core values. Her audience ranged from the busy mum through to corporate professionals.
The brand personality and story developed providing a direction that would capture a vibe that was nourishing, classic yet contemporary, honoring originality and craftsmanship. We injected a playful and quirky tone that represent Marisa’s warmth and perspective in the photography style.
A suite of logos was developed to connect the personal brand and business name together, providing variation in different contexts to establish trust and develop brand recognition. The font chosen was created by Australian typeface designer which has meticulous flourishes to a classic serif style, providing a friendly personality to the brand name. A contrasting modernised sans-serif typeface marks a simplistic element to the brand.
